Last month got my nose pierced and it is healing nicely, having no problems with it. After 4 weeks my piercing was a little too big and unsure what to do as it was still healing, I emailed to ask and got it downsized no problem.

I'm a 59 yr old woman and decided now was the time to get my ears pierced! Rachel was very supportive and understanding. I'm also in a wheelchair and October Moon was easily accessible to me. If I could do it again I would not hesitate with October Moon.

Amazing service, I got my belly done and genuinely was so comfortable with the process and the vibes, ultra friendly, super open to any questions I asked and gave me a leaflet afterwards explaining aftercare, would definitely get another piercing here :)

So impressed on the studio set up and how relaxed the setting is. At the ripe old age of 44 decided to get ear lobes repeirced. Rachel talked me through the process and gave recommendations for studs. She also talked through the aftercare as well as providing the care leaflet. I just went with my 2 daughters to get piercings at October Moon. It was such a nice experience. Rachel was lovely, really put us all at ease. There is also good selection of jewellery. It was really nice that it was a private space just for us especially as one of my daughters was nervous. I will definitely be back for more.

My 6 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Rachael. She was so professional and great with my daughter which really put her at ease. We've had a few aftercare worries and Rachael's gone above and beyond to give advice and see us back for a couple of checks. Definitely recommend. Thanks again!

We visited the studio on Friday for the first time following a recommendation, for Rachel to pierce my daughter's helix, Rachel was amazing, she talked through step by step what she would be doing with my daughter, gave her lots of opportunities to ask questions, made sure she was comfortable and still wanted to go ahead with the piercing.

The studio was lovely and clean and felt very welcoming, after she was finished, she talked my daughter through how to clean her new piercing properly, advised once the swelling had gone down we can go back and get the piece changed so that it fitted better.

Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience, Rachel was fantastic with my daughter who was asking a million questions before her first ear piercing. She was super patient and answered everything very clearly, putting both myself and my 6 year old at ease. The studio was spotless and both Rachel and the space were very calming. Lovely jewellery to choose from. Delighted with our piercings and will definitely be back with my younger daughters when it’s their turn!
