This was my second visit to October Moon this year for three more cartilage piercings. Rachel was incredibly knowledgable giving me advice on the placement of my new piercings. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, helping put me at ease. My daith piercing didn’t make life easy for Rachel but she persevered and talked me through the entire process. Cannot wait until my piercings are healed and I can go back for more. Could not recommend October Moon enough!

I took my 15 year old daughter here to have a helix piercing. Before booking an appointment I sent an email to ask a few questions, Rachael very promptly replied to my email and provided me with all the information I needed. Rachael has such a lovely manner and put my daughter at ease right away. She ensured my daughter was happy with her earring choice and the positioning of the piercing. Everything was spotless, piercing products were all new out of packets, and the earring my daughter chose was put in a sterilising machine. Rachael then took time afterwards to explain aftercare of the new piercing and answer any questions. I wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else now to have piercings, I’m even considering getting piercings of my own. Rachael is above and beyond any well known stores you may go to for piercings. Her reviews online are fantastic and I would highly recommend going here.
