This was my first time visiting October Moon on the recommendation of my granddaughter Francesca.
I certainly was not disappointed as Rachael was very welcoming and easy to talk to.
The surroundings were immaculately clean.
Rachael opened my chosen earrings from the packages and sterilised the earrings prior to inserting them in my ear.
I had my helix and tragus piercings removed and new ones put in.
I absolutely felt no pain.
I have no hesitation in recommending this very pleasant lady , Rachael is a highly qualified professional.

My 10 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Rachael this week and I would highly recommend. Rachael was fantastic from beginning to the end. Booking through the website was easy. I had a few questions prior to our appointment which were answered promptly. My daughter was very nerves but Rachael made her feel at ease instantly. Her room has a beautiful calming feel and was immaculate in presentation. She took her time with my daughter explaining what was going to happen, reassuring her that there was plenty of time and taking it all at my daughter’s pace.
