Definitely a 5 star rating. Rachel is extremely professional whilst also being lovely and makes you feel very relaxed. The studio has a lovely calm atmosphere. This was my first time visiting October Moon on the recommendation of my granddaughter Francesca.
I certainly was not disappointed as Rachael was very welcoming and easy to talk to.
The surroundings were immaculately clean.
Rachael opened my chosen earrings from the packages and sterilised the earrings prior to inserting them in my ear.
I had my helix and tragus piercings removed and new ones put in.
I absolutely felt no pain.
I have no hesitation in recommending this very pleasant lady , Rachael is a highly qualified professional.
